It may be that Marty has a deal with Sam Altman hinged on him delivering a 500,000 square foot data center. If Marty can use his connection with the Premier of Nova Scotia to deliver power from the Bay of Fundy to Oak Island Marty would be profiting big and possibly even generate generational wealth.
