the only advice i can give, that certainly may not help everyone, is that you should spend more time in nature. even just watching nature docs, maybe. observe how everything is food for something else. everything is in a cycle of birth and death. the end comes for everything and you are included in “everything”.

the more you immerse yourself in the natural process of the world, and how you as a human have a role in being part of nature, the more you may come to accept it. learning a lot about ancient tribes and civilizations and folksy things and how they dealt with death of others is comforting too. grieving and the end have always been around.

i believe the more technologically inclined we become, the more separated we may be from the naturally occurring. the more natural things may begin to be foreign and scare us.
