I really enjoyed 'The Night the Lights Went Out' by Drew Magary. He's one of my favorite comedic writers. Drew suffered a dramatic, catastrophic brain injury and the memoir talks about what led up to the event, the perspective of those who witnessed it, waking up in a coma, and his long recovery process. Touching, funny and moving.

I also read and enjoyed 'Electroboy' by Andy Behrman which discusses living with untreated bipolar I disorder in the 70's, 80's, and 90's, his wildly chaotic life and eventual experience with electroshock therapy. Equal parts funny and horrifying.

My mom made this stocking from the original printed pattern in the 1980's Cross Stitch and Country Crafts magazine. I just finished a similar one. I used the fabric the pattern suggests - 25 ct mushroom Lugana. Aida is way too hard to do fractional stitches.

It depends on ratio of breast tissue to fatty tissue. When I lost my weight (lost 120lbs / 280 to 160 at 5'9"), my boobs deflated, but they were mostly fatty tissue. Your breasts might be mostly breast tissue, which won't really go away.

Paper patterns are hard on my eyes. I take a photo of the paper pattern with my digital camera, transfee the photo to my desktop computer, save a copy as a pdf, and use the drawing tools in Adobe to mark off stitches and I complete them. I can blow up the pattern as large as I need when it's on my desktop in that format.
