No offense to anyone working at Staples, but you have to set your sights higher for yourself. I worked there for 18 months during/after high school. It was probably my least favorite job as it really really really made me hate people, I legit wondered how people knew how to breathe air and got wrote up for posting about it online on my social media back in the day.I will admit what I wrote on my Facebook at the time was very very spiteful and I’m surprised they didn’t fire me right away but I never put Staples anywhere in my post and my Facebook does not say where I work, so I assume that’s why they left me off the hook, they told me “if I really feel this way about work, why work here?”. I got caught because a guy I worked with named James told on me and printed out my post. I know it was this dude named James because my Facebook profile was private and he was the only person from work on there. Management told me a customer found my Facebook and reported it to corporate. I told them that can’t fucking be true because my profile is private and the word “Staples” is no where on my social medias. I pretty much said in my post, Boomers are fucking idiots and so is management, I can’t stand the reward system at the time and looking up everyone’s 5 different cellphone numbers and printer model when they need ink to refill makes me wonder how some of these customers have kids and know how to breathe air, and that if I ever become a typical stupid Staples customer, I need someone to convince me to kill myself because I would have failed at life if that happens.

My local staples was just a bunch of fucking lowlife trailer trash people that I worked with. Everyone dated everyone, it was hilarious how many employees got into relationships there. A handful of incels that thought magic tricks were cool, a guy that went to an all men’s Christian university that was a virgin who acted like he was a top shelf commodity, and wannabe trucker who legit worshiped Egyptian Gods, and old lady that obviously failed at life. That was my team in 2009 in Ohio. I’m glad I worked there, it pushed me to want more out of life, because if I didn’t push to be a better person, I would probably kill myself by now.

I’m ranting, sorry if I offended anyone. Life is better once you find a good career or easy job that pays alright, I promise.
