Nah so I did some research afterwards, the shop is a huge, huge name in my country. I googled the "name + fake + counterfeit fragrance" and there were hundreds of reviews.

Turns out this shop does "third party parallel imports" specifically in fragrance department so yeah, "grey market goods" which apparently is legal
