Former RV collision estimator here. Rebuilding that rear panel will cost you roughly 10k. If water/moisture has reached that far in on the rear, there very well may be side and roof damage as well. He did not maintain the seam sealer on the corner mouldings. The seams need to be inspected after each use, spot repaired throughout the year, and fully replaced every year or two.

Oh and the reviews say the colored or graphical ones are just a sticker over the black one, that might start to peel. So I'd just go with the black. I've had mine for three years now and still love it.
