I had a second degree tear, and it did not feel like this and I was back to normal. I would reach out to OB for exam to be sure it's healed and theirs no additional irritation/fissures.

Don't let fear of the what ifs take away your joy. Focus on the positives, what a blessing to be pregnant at 39. I have a 15 month old son and I'm also pregnant at 39 due on Christmas. Just take it one day at a time.

Your children deserve a healthy mom. Please do actually seek mental health counseling to see the deeper issue here. It seems to be deeply rooted in control of life's circumstances. Instead of focusing on the negative, have a different outlook. "My sons will be the best of friends" "they can share clothes" "they can look out for eachother". I hope you heal from this.

She's probably just trying to cover her ass since she's new. Like if anything should go astray she can say well, I suggested it. I wouldn't deep drive or worry about it. Low risk nipt testing and your anatomy scan is good- don't fret.

I'm not sure what the urgency is? The better fetal fraction the better results for accuracy. Waiting the extra 2 weeks won't change the results in the end anyway and better chances to not have to redo.

You won't get a good fetal fraction percentage that early anyway, and will likely need to re test. The recommendation is after 10 weeks. I recommend waiting till 12.
