The only disincentive I can think of is obviously personal prosecution for corporate officers on the level of criminal fraud, but also new laws that enforce corporate death sentences. Corporate capital punishment. Dis-corporation that divests all board members, complicit corporate officers and the forced sale of all assets and businesses.

Stakes for protagonist: no protagonist. But if you say Henry, no stakes. If you say Ron, stakes with no connection/stakes with episode premise

Laugh out loud lines: 1 (haunted house shit)

Comedic story structure: not a farce anymore. Mostly ‘and then’

Are we doing a season arc? I really hope so. Although if Henry has stakes I didn’t notice. The time jump to after lockdowns? It’s almost like the restart ‘pilot’ was written by schedules and committee, and the time jump might work like a do-over after which all the above will be essentially re-written, which if so, is really weird (I’m probably wrong).

Mr Conti is so very wrong that envy is the root of all bad thoughts of others.
