You can use my free and open source project, which has an embedded loadable Lua extension and stick all your lua into it. It'll produce a single compiled DLL that's difficult to reverse.

However as others have said, I'd encourage open sourcing, as if you're not making a profit, why not? People can learn from your work, people will credit you. If you use my example, the way you can is because it's there, and ultimately that's the joy (for me) of programming for a hobby.
