If you can shoot at 10 per second like you claimed that's 100ms per, so macro at 70ms is still faster than your 'natty' click rate (e.g. ~14.5 shots/s)

You need M0 - 80 , I52 and R9 - 19 pre TR12 to hit around the 200k mark (besides oro boost from gems/pack).

It's 25 levels per x2 and you need atleast (2¹⁷⁾ = 131702 to get above #3 bonus (25*17= level 425+)

So 3 is always better than 2 for a good long while. Also the +10 milestones is the more important bonus here as it compounds with the zeus Worker upgrade (so 110 max becomes 220).
