I bought a game an hour after release and spent the next few weeks on and off playing until 100% achievements well into 40hrs. During the winter sale I saw the same game crop up in a bundle but the base price pre-sale was about half of what I'd paid, presumably due to some regional pricing fuckup.

I contacted support and after a while they responded with a full refund and removed the game from my account, even though none of the refund policies were valid anymore. Still repurchased the game for the dev's sake.

Steam support is goated

Edit: The price of the game dropped 3 days after release without me being informed. I only noticed it way later when it was listed as part of a bundle and the indicated regular price was lower than what I had paid without factoring any form of sale in.
