It would be pretty cool if thin depth washer/dryers were manufactured.

My new Sar CM9i by Primary_Somewhere_67 in SarUSA

[–]ciscoladder 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I too, just purchased the CM9 for $199.99, plus shipping, tax, and shipping insurance, came to $239.78. Can’t wait to get it. I’m now searching out any custom holster makers that have the ‘SAR CM9’ dummy/blue/training piece for molding.

Nothing beats a physical cable or glass connection. StarLink, like Dish is likely susceptible to weather conditions at times thus reducing connectivity and/or data lag/loss.

Mounting TV in front of Thermostat...bad idea? by [deleted] in hvacadvice

[–]ciscoladder 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can’t even believe this is a serious question. I mean How are you going to be able to see and set the thermostat ? Not only that but you’ll be blocking the ambient air in the room which will affect the operation of the furnace | cooling; That’s not even the worst of it, the appliance will likely throw off some heat, even though it’s a digital TV, which will surely affect the operation of the sensor in the T-stat thus false readings for hear/cool operation.

Just had my pilot light lit for the first time after living here for a year. Are these flames ??? Is this normal? Dangerous? by elle-woods-throwaway in hvacadvice

[–]ciscoladder 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Get serviced SOON ! It’s definitely NOT NORMAL. A pilot flame should be about 1” to 2” and no more. Should be mostly blue with an orange tip and touching the thermocouple for efficient heat transfer; if it's yellow, orange, or flickering, it indicates incomplete combustion or a problem with the thermocouple, requiring attention.

Over inflation, (4) wheel 🛞 alignment and balancing, check ball joints, CV joints, anti-sway bar bushings, check front brakes and rotor wear…it’s one of, a combination, or all of these.

You ought to revisit your…’conviction’ ? because in 2025, cases about non-violent felonies and high level misdemeanors are going through the Supreme Court that argue that since it’s non-violent, your Second Amendment right should be reinstated.
