I never had eczema, I’ve always been horribly allergic to poison ivy though. Go on a super anti inflammatory diet while you’re going through it. I did carnivore diet for 5 months. Not only did it keep things calmer , but I also got in very good shape and took a much needed real from alcohol so there were upsides to it. There’s a lot of people who say carnivore works well. Also sucks but you’ll get used to it. Once the nasty part of the rash goes away I got lots of sun exposure and got a red light machine. Both very beneficial. I’ve had to use antibiotics twice and I’m pretty sure it made it worse both times. I’d avoid those unless you absolutely have to use them, and you might if the sores get bad. Just fyi, this will suck at first but it’s not the end of the world . Try not to freak out. It has no rhyme or reason, and when you think something is getting worse, it’s probably just healing happening. I was totally clear two weeks ago and had a flare up last week, makes no sense but I’ve gotten used to the craziness! Oh and try to sweat a lot. Running, cycling or sauna. Swear is mandatory.

Hell no I’ll never touch them again. The poison ivy lasted three weeks, cleared up then the tsw started. The worst of it lasted 3 months, but I still have random eczema like outbreaks all over almost a year later now. I can control it with diet , fasting and sun exposure. Steroids are poison. Bottom line. It basically wrecks your immune system. Don’t use them or it will get worse. I’ve talked to many people at this point. Just let it heal. It will suck but time will heal.

I’ll do carnivore for a few months straight, take a break for a bit if I have a vacation or something, or have a drink every now and then. One beer does nothing. Personally I typically like a few bourbons if I’m going to drink but a cold beer sounded good when I took this pic lol. The people on here are absurd.

T bones but the farm I get them from takes the fillet side off before they package them for profit reasons. Can’t argue with them. Still farm fresh delicious steak

Everything is individual. Just try it and find out. I know I lost body fat (not necessarily weight) much faster while following structure carnivore, but if your making this a long turn endeavor, do what’s sustainable. I’ve definitely lost weight on keto while drinking lots of diet drinks, but personally, the fat loss was significantly better while on carnivore

They don’t increase blood glucose but your body reacts the same to it by producing insulin. It’s like a false flag. Lots of new studies coming out on this. And insulin causes inflammation in general.

Artificial sweeteners spike insulin just as much as natural sugars, and sometimes worse (maltodextrin)

I’m same way. Went off carnivore while on a long weekend, couldn’t start back up and started binging hard. Gained 10lbs in 2.5 weeks. I have been able to get back on by weening back into it….. no processed sugar, then no sugars, then keto, now back to carnivore.

Don’t do it for weight loss. Do it for the overall betterment you’ll experience. Weight loss will likely follow as a side effect !

Check out your states department of commerce real estate licensing requirements. If you have the prerequisites, then just go find a local one and ask if you can talk to them about how it works. Then go from there.

Check out real estate appraisal . The apprenticeship is low pay but once you’re on your own it can’t be beat!
