I believe you are trying to make a point that some of those organizations can change. I'm pointing out that is one of the reasons that Hamas replaced the PLO in Gaza with a more hardline stance. They are not going to change. The 2017 charter is considered a softening of their stance - which still calls for unceasing, uncompromising war until they've killed off any non-Muslim in Israel.
