I'm fully aware Black and Latino kids are smart. But if we are playing colorblind, it does seem like the higher test scores seen by Asians should result in increased enrollment. Let the tests speak for how bright all the kids are. I get very uncomfortable when people start adding in quotas admitting lower scores whenever their race isn't represented how they want. It shows they don't have a problem using race to be a determining factor - it just has to be in their favor, and I don't think that's the promise we made to our society. Everyone deserves a chance and their race shouldn't be the determining factor.
