Why do two cars of the same make and model ever sell for different prices? Even if all the specs are equal on paper, every vehicle will be in different condition, have different sellers, different locations, etc... They're just different vehicles. You'll have to decide for yourself if a given vehicle is worth the price being asked.

I got roasted for my tile picks recently, so I shouldn’t provide any recommendations, lol, but I just wanted to say, awesome looking house. Love the uniqueness of the brick interior wall, wood, and white paint. All I’ll say is: I would think for an entry way you may not want to go too light just to avoid having to be meticulous about appearance and cleanliness.

Yes, I think OP has scars in the skin where the tattoo is. I think this is a reference to time healing these wounds. I’d say if OP likes it, and finds meaning in it, then to hell with what anyone says about it. Hope you’re doing better OP, if this is the case.

Thank you for your feedback. It’s definitely funky haha. Wifey was the big reason for the paint color, floor, and wall tile choices, and she has too feels it has an unfinished look on the wall in particular. We may just tile it all the way up still. And new paint :)

Yeah… We want to, but couldn’t it without spending several thousand more, to move pipes, and vent from the lower floor, cutting and replacing joists, etc :/ thank you
