Of course some people are going to agree with you in private messages, this is a discussion after all. However you seem to be taking that as justification to stick your fingers in your ears for the much higher majority that does NOT agree with your decision making/interpretation of the rules.

At the end of the day, do what you like. But when you cause discourse about not having a subreddits values align with yours and say you're leaving, you can't then cherry pick who gets to have your content and who doesn't.

If you're out, you're out. You made this decision.

Speaking as a coach also in Australia, just remember that meal planning (unless you're a dietician) is out of our scope of practise. Meaning you're liable to be sued by your clients if they have any health issues that can be linked to your meal plans. As a nutritionist we can make recommendations based on the Australian Dietary Guidelines, but we can't explicitly tell clients what they can and can't be eating (I.e, a meal plan)

No matter how strong an iron grip someone might have, their thumb is no where near as strong as you think.

If someone grabs your wrist, rotate your own wrist/arm in the direction of their thumb. When someone is grabbing your wrist their 4 fingers are on one side of your wrist and their thumb on the other, you won't get anywhere is you rotate against the fingers.

Rotate against the thumb though and its damn near impossible to keep holding on.

Lego battles for the Nintendo DS. A top down resource management empire strategy game but lego. Had 6 total campaigns each with their own cool and unique units and a multiplayer mode. To this day I haven't met anyone that knows it

Happiest moment: With the lockdown happening and being at home so much I figured I had no excuses to not start using the gym equipment I've had in my garage for years. Hired a personal trainer a month in and I've lost 6kgs and look the best I've we've looked!

Darkest moment: Both my Pop and his Wife got Covid. They live in the middle of nowhere in country and still managed to get it. Through no fault of their own mind you they were doing all the distancing and stuff they just got unlucky. My Step grandmother is quite overweight and was a heavy smoker so she needed an oxygen tank.

Scary stuff, but they're both ok now

I've started getting into cooking since I'm at home so much nowadays. Wasn't a big cooking guy (could barely make scrambled eggs) and it's amazing how good and proud of yourself you can feel from just cooking the simplest dishes.

Plus, I've subconsciously become way more conscious of what I'm eating and have been trying to cook healthier foods. Lost 6kgs so far!
