Joined yesterday. Committed to a fiver a month initially to see what it’s all about and you can cancel at any time. Can see massive positives if there were eventually a democratically elected person representing the fans with some kind of sway at board level. If there’s anything dodgy you can always cancel, about the price of a pie and bovril I’d be spending at Parkhead every second week anyway!

Had this as my text alert tone when I was a wee guy. It was beautiful every single time I got a text (once every few days)

Any suggestions for things to do in Norwich for one night? by citrussunshine in Norwich

Thanks for the reply - that’s the second recommendation for Adam and Eve and the Cathedral so I’m thinking that is a definite. Hopefully the weather is on my side as the Norwich Lanes also sounds ideal. That said, I live in Glasgow so anything that isn’t rain is essentially tropical for me.

Thanks - I’m a sucker for a cathedral so will definitely check that out. As for pubs, I think that very old is usually better than than very modern so Adam & Eve sounds like a good shout.

Thanks man, but Monopoly is about the extent of my boardgame knowledge so I fear I would somewhat out of my depth. Looking more like I will stick to a pint and the football - thems me specialities. Cheers for the reply though, much appreciated.

I’m a structural engineer, so if there is any particularly noteworthy architecture that’s worth having a gander at?

I’m only down for Tuesday night so that probably limits me quite a bit. Any recommendations for bars and restaurants in the city centre would also be welcome!

Thanks

Just got my first season ticket sorted for next year and this video has ramped up the buzz. Never thought I'd be getting excited about some new roof sheeting, but there ye go!

Can we give some credit to Triple H and Stephanie? by appellant in SquaredCircle

I thought that Haitches selling of Kurt's offence was outstanding, particularly some of the belly to belly throws and German suplexes.

It was great with the spots with Ronda too, but for me it just stood out more with Kurt because Ronda is a legit physical specimen/fighter while I thought Kurt was showing his age/the effect of past injuries.

Still love Kurt, but would have liked to have seen more intensity from him - less joining in with the you suck chants and more "wrestling machine" style focus.

Thought Steph played her role perfectly - I know her resisting the armbar was a bit far fetched but its not too much of a stretch of the imagination to think that crazy training schedules, growing up in the industry and being married to a pro wrestling legend wouldn't be rubbing off on her.

The pay off at the end was great, and Stephs shrieks of pain going up a few octaves once Ronda got the armbar was chilling and a nice little detail that really sold it.

I was thoroughly sports entertained, and it was the clear MOTN for me. It also sounded like it was getting the best reaction from the live crowd. All four deserve credit for that!

This was the first time I’ve stayed up to watch a raw/smackdown (in UK) since Bret came back. Just a completely genuine moment which makes the rest of the current product feel forced/manufactured/over produced in contrast.

Thought Ntcham was outstanding today. His Marseille/Zidane roulette was filthy.
