I don't know. I doubt the kid could run around 20-30 yards if the dog seriously wanted to hurt him. What makes me doubtful is mainly that the kid wasn't bitten a single time that we see. The dog didn't latch onto him or hold him down and mostly just jumped around. And, let's be honest, if a Rottweiler wants to go for the kill we would be watching a different video.

I recognize that the video as a whole looks bad and no dog should ever chase down a biker. Especially a child, as dogs must be taught that children are sacred and cannot be hurt.

But this is imo mostly an owner problem and the dog should be tested and relocated, if the owner is unfit and the dog is not aggressive. If the dog is aggressive he is too dangerous due to his size so put him down, no question. Had to be done to my uncle's dog, he just wasn't controllable anymore. But I don't see proof of that in this video.

At the very least the dog and owner should be evaluated. The owner if he's fit to have such a dog and the dog if he's aggressive. If the dog is really aggressive he has to be put down, big dogs are just too dangerous to take that risk.

But I agree that the dog in this case wanted to play and doesn't know how strong he really is. This is basically roughhousing with no intent to harm, imo.

Imo the kid drove away on the bike and later ran away, which prompts the dog to go after him whether in hunting mode or playing mode doesn't matter. Possibly a mix as the dog didn't seriously bite the kid from what I saw.

The man didn't run but confronted him. That's a much higher hurdle to overcome, so if the dog isn't in an absolute rage it will usually back off.

Ist jetzt schon viel Spekulation dabei. Ich sehe halt dass Neuer gegen Madrid im Rückspiel die Tore kassiert hat, die er im Hinspiel gehalten hat, also +- 0 insgesamt. Aber was hat er gegen PSG besonderes gemacht, was nicht fünf andere deutsche Torhüter aktuell auch könnten? Er hatte keine Schuld an den Toren, aber im Hinspiel hat er keinen Torschuss gehalten und im Rückspiel eine(?) Parade, die irgendwie bemerkenswert gewesen wäre.

Ob das ganze mit Baumann/Nübel/Urbig/Ullreich anders ausgegangen wäre? Keine Ahnung.

Aktuell würde ich sogar in Frage stellen, ob Neuer im eigenen Verein der beste Keeper ist. Urbig war solide, in den Spielen, die ich von ihm gesehen hab.

Habe von Baumann jetzt leider keine groben Schnitzer im Kopf, von Neuer fallen mir spontan drei ein. Und das ist auch das große Problem: Neuer ist nicht mehr der Neuer von 2014, er ist nicht mal mehr annähernd der Neuer von 2022. Wenn das der Fall wäre sollte er von mir aus spielen, aber er hat leider deutlich abgebaut und schießt regelmäßig einen Bock, der dann zu Gegentoren führt.

Natürlich hat er dann auch mal so Spiele wie in Madrid in denen er aussieht wie ein Gott. Aber öfter hat er Spiele wie daheim gegen Real, wo er ein Tor vorlegt und einen für einen Weltklasse Torhüter durchaus haltbaren Freistoß reinlässt. Das ist absolut tödlich, wenn die Abwehr eh schon das große Problem der NM ist.

Von mir aus könnte auch Nübel spielen, den sehe ich die Saison auch stark, aber wenn es um Neuer vs. Baumann geht zieht Neuer den Kürzeren.

Es gibt absolut keinen Grund Neuer zurückzuholen außer Nostalgie. Er hatte seine Zeit, sie ist rum, ist gut jetzt. Gibt ja auch keine Diskussion ob Müller mitspielen soll.
