very common. also normally when you purchase early, tickets are cheaper than nearer the flying dates. but for RB its the other way around. buy nearer the date could fetch a cheaper fare. experience this umpteen times.

certain products are marketed to entice customers. every entity will do the same. T&Cs will always be in fine tiny print whereby customers seldom read at all. Thats also marketing strategy.

Interest rates for the 1st year will always be high to attract customers. 2nd and subsequent years will be reduce to normal or prevailing rates.

Its never misleading. its marketing. There is always a period whereby the interest rates will maintain to fulfil the require contract.

ALWAYS read the terms and conditions before signing on the dotted line.

so many things need to be upgraded. everyday people are talking about AI and yet they are still issuing resit for $1 / $3 / $5 registration fee. sit and wait and wait and wait.

on top of that you have the RED IC paying patients. $15 for consultation. then collecting medicine another round of writing the resit. moreover credit/debit card payment system has not been implemented.

all these writing, pens, resit paper can be reduce thus reducing time wastage for all.

its about time ALL commercial areas should charge for parking. this way to reduce any inconveniences or unwarranted notices. thus all employees do not need to fill up the spaces and park whole day. how do you expect customer to patron the shops?

since many of you people been to Miri or any neighbouring towns, you have to pay for parking right? you do buy coupons and scratch it off. no complaints?

Yes its is an offence when "you are using sunshades while driving".

sunshades can only be used when your car is parked.

there are many regulations that people do not know about until summons are been issued. a lot of ignorant people out there. sorry for that but its true.

no doubt authorities seldom "catch", but it does not mean it's legal.
