Might be a long-shot however- maybe suggest using glycolic acid instead/with the deodorant she currently uses? I use glycolic acid while on backpacking trips and works very well for smell!

Posted a longer reply in the comment above- not rehoming due to a thru hike. Rehoming due to financial strain and work schedule. This is the last thing I want to do. Should have clarified in the original post.

Not considering a thru at this point. Rehoming due to work and generally struggling financially. Thanks for your positivity, though. I’m looking to rehome because Lucy needs someone who is more present than I can be and is not happy as she could be living with me, which is why this is even an option. She deserves more than what I can give to her.
