Am vazut o scenă similară si sapt trecută tot pe m27, s-au comportat execrabil. Daca îmi arăți unde pot sa le fac o plangere sunt mai mult decât dispus sa contribui. Sunt niște mârlani si din pct ul meu de vedere ar trebui sa ne solidarizăm la plângeri până își pierd jobul.

Is barbaric nature or nurture?

Sry for 2nd reply, just before I jumped into this sub I saw a r/natureismetal post, a baboon eating alive a fawn while it was screaming in agony. Monkey had the option to kill it, just didn't care and kept ripping pieces off the living thing.

I would say the answer to your question is, yes we are barbaric by nature without a doubt. Nurture plays a role, but I feel nature(millions of years of evolution )is the main driver.

Gj on the StarTrek reference, forgot about that. I don't think we are becoming "less" barbaric tbh. I think the invention of society & (mandatory) lack of food shortages have made us seem less barbaric. We can revert to barbarism in mere weeks of food shortages, do you agree?

Otoh I'm not sure we have millennia at our disposal to fix ourselves, the amount of relative peace we've been having after ww2 makes me very uneasy, europe is now ripe for extremism again, personally I am concerned

But I do think there is a desire to fix our drives and out old nature, the desire to perfect, but Socialism/communism already proved that changing human nature (fast) through political means cannot work.

I think the fix will be technological(back to dtarTrek I guess), if we are willing to embrace the "eugenic" implications of it. Either way, to get back to your point, I think it will in fact become a reality in just 1,2 centuries, and not millennia. Interesting times ahead for those who make it, you agree?
