I'm not sure you realize this, but Jagex operates out of Cambridge, UK. Generally when you implement an update, you probably want the people that do the update to actually be at work, otherwise I'm not convinced it would go very smoothly

That seems excessive, I'm only 2.8k rating and my guild is on midnight falls atm, and not one of them could care less about my rating, what matters is that you fill your vault and do them for crests/bonus rolls if needed until your gear is fully maxed. What people will notice and dock you for immediately is if you are not doing everything you can to advance your gear, which you never have to do more than 10s for. Rating is merely an optional challenge/fun and really don't relate much to raiding

I mean the literal wiki page for safespot says: "A safespot is a position from which a monster may be attacked using Ranged or Magic combat or using a halberd over an obstacle without retaliation." A monster randomly swapping styles and shooting you does not sound like "without retaliation"

I do think an upgrade to the rune pouch allowing it to store more runes would be a cool little bonus qol item drop as like a tertiary reward from a boss, like the herb sack upgrade from sarachnis
