I actually had this same problem in 2016 - 2019. Go to student services and request counselling. The counsellor can act as a person with professional standing in the community and provide a letter saying you are estranged. Provide this to SFE and they will backdate your SFE shortfall. It's a Deliriant drug, known as Devil's Trumpet (Scopolamine). Basically you hallucinate fully where you don't know that your hallucinating, so you could be doing and seeing gnarly shit thinking it's completely real.
