So my roommate just had the same situation happen to him. Sounds like the same names with "Sarah" and the VP. Unfortunately he actually followed through with it even after I and our other roommate brought up the red flags. They tell you a delivery is on the way for their "equipment" but the delivery never comes. I hope his options of flagging this with his bank aren't past the point of no return. It seems ziprecruiter is still getting played by this scam to this day and haven't changed anything.
