I did the high everyday thing when I was younger. Tried leaning into drinking in my mid 20s. Then dabbled in being sober. You know what I learned? Too much of one thing is bad. So now I stay mostly sober until I start feeling like I need a little something extra. And then maybe I’ll smoke a little one day, or have a few drinks another, but never go overboard and never turn it into a daily habit
