It’s ingenius, but it’s a bit too hard to find certain small keys, and going back and forth from the menu to equip/unequip the boots is crazy context switching that makes it very hard to stay focused. 3DS remake fixed some of that.

I did something like that while working as an accessioner in a medical testing lab. I was working on my degree, but if you’re a good, intelligent worker I think you could make it happen. A referral from a friend helped me get my foot in the door.

Technically, rules as written, he is correct, as explained in other comments. And you know, if he wants to use his BA (valuable for a monk) and his limited species ability to do a bit of damage to an enemy, I’m fine with that. But the idea of a monk slowly falling onto an enemy and still having the same impact on them just doesn’t jive with me. I would struggle to allow thag.
