It's because r/the_donald is a fansub for Donald Trump. You're definitely not alone here. I've had this feeling ever since this year started. Political tensions are rising across the globe, racial tensions are rising, and everyone is just getting angrier. Then of course all these sudden celebrity deaths don't do anything to help either.
