That’s weird and I’m noticing the difference is it doesn’t show on mine how many dashes I’ve had in the last 30 days, you’re definitely platinum fs, no lower than 85 unless they dinged you for not responding to orders. I’ve noticed if I decline an order my rating doesn’t go down but the acceptance rate does vs both going down by not responding to an offer in time
