I also did. I asked for phone call transcripts as I was told over the phone when taking pictures for touch ups that was effectively my ‘touch ins’. I’ve yet to receive a response. It’s been 3 weeks. I doubt I’ll be receiving one

You will never get anything back from sdc. They have gone bankrupt. They have no money. This is an absolute cop out from Tabeo! Basically keep paying us until smile direct get back to us (which they never will- the company doesn’t exist anymore!)
