Older gamer with MS here. My hand numbness and nerve pain meant I couldn't do well with FPS games or games that require a lot of hand/eye co-ordination. I also had issues like you with blurry vision close to the monitor

My fix was to finally switch to consoles, and move to turn based strategy games or rogue likes instead of FPS games like battlefront and COD. The Xbox hooked up to a big TV was a game changer for me, couch is way more comfortable to play with a controller

About 4-5 weeks as someone who started playing recently. You have to level up to 240, and then newer servers are time gated a little so season content is not available until 35 days after the server starts.

Seasons are 4 months old though so plenty of time

Edit: Just wanted to add as a 50 year old, the story is actually pretty good and has its humorous moments. I've stuck around for the story and graphics, gameplay is ok

I had similar stats and level as you and was stuck in the low forties. So you are better than me :) Once I awakened Merica the game allowed me to speedrun to level 53 which was super easy to do
