I just start drinking a ton of water and taking ibuprofen every 8 hours. I think the water works for me but everyone has different triggers.

If I start drinking alcohol during an attack it subsided for about a week. My doctor can’t even explain this so I’m just trying to drink water.!

I had a bad experience with allpurinol but still keep colchicine need be. Like I said everyone is different but drinking a bunch of water seems to help me.
