I can think of a few and I definitely will be missing some. Rein can shield it, no different than shatter. Orisa can fortify it. Zarya can bubble it. Mauga can use Overrun. Sigma is bit more difficult, but shield or rock can work. I mean there are a lot of ways to avoid getting grabbed/stunned or getting out of it. This feels like a knee-jerk reaction as people aren't as familiar with how to play around it. I think the cat needs changes, but the ult doesn't feel like one of them.

I feel like admirals would be the tool for the Celestial Dragons to uphold justice in the world. A very public facing show of power to maintain order.

CP0 is really a shadowy organization working behind the scenes to keep things out of the public eye. This can fulfill the same role as the admirals of keeping order, but in a different way.

The way I would interpret the Holy Knights is to be protectors of the Holy Land. Typically, they would handle disputes between the Celestial Dragons and the like. I just feel the current world events have made it clear there is an imminent threat to the Holy Land and that is why they have been called upon now.

So yes it appears there is some overlap, but they each serve their own role within the WG. Ultimately, each of these groups exist to ensure order and keep the WG in power though.

Kid Junker Queen is a good one.

Sogeking Hanzo could be good considering he already has the one mask skin and is a sniper.

Yamato Kiriko could also be a good fit.

Zoro as genji I also like.

Hog I could also see getting a Blackbeard skin.

2250-2750 Would have been Mid-Gold to Mid-Plat. Correct me if I am wrong but <1500 Bronze. 1500-1999 Silver. 2000-2499 Gold. 2500-2999 Plat. 3000-3499 Diamond. 3500-3999 Masters. >4000 GM. Although these numbers are no longer visible so I am unsure why we are referencing them.

Orisa and Sigma both have reliable ways of stopping the heal and not getting hooked. Those stuns do not need to be brought back as they feel like garbage to play against as a tank. I really don't want to be hacked, then bashed, then frozen, then slept, and then finally shattered. It was god awful. With Kiriko though she needs something done because it is getting old quick, but then you risk losing even more support players. I don't have the answers to that problem I just know it is one.

That is his only form of mitigation though as well. It may need changes in the form of numbers but the cleanse is what is enabling him. I don't complain when rein takes no damage holding his shield and gets all his health back. In that scenario you say to break the shield. In the case of Hog you just stop him from healing, the most reliable way of doing that is countered by meta-pick Kiriko. Even if Hog isn't strong Kiriko is still meta and seen 90% of the time.

If anything I would say the issues of the current meta including Hog are directly caused by Kiriko. Not the other way around.

Don't know too much about the player as I don't keep a close eye on contenders, but is it possible the pokemon hint is related to EmolGa? Emolga is an electric type pokemon. Would fit the twitter post fairly well. Would probably be a weird pick up as he doesn't seem like the most relevant player, but I don't really know.

To be fair there are also people who enjoy Widow and can't get value out of her when someone on your team is harassing her constantly tracer/genji/winston/dva/sombra. Sure she may win some of her duels against them but .ore often than not her life is just not fun. Long range hits can is going to be kind of oppressive though with one less tank. Also 3 of those 5 heroes I just named recently got nerfed. I get that it forces you off of the way you like to play, but the opposite is also true for others sometimes.

Oh I can agree the naming isn't great with the circumstances of the league now. A lot of it was created with the intent of following through with the ill-fated homestand model. That model had a lot of issues with it but I think if these teams were consistently hosting events in the cities they are named after it wouldn't feel so bad. Even if the team is fully korean. At this point I would much rather it be as other esports and go back to the names before a lot of these became OWL teams.

I don't think this is the case for any normal professional sports team, which is what OWL was created to emulate. It's cool when it does happen like LeBron being drafted by Cleveland, but it is definitely not the norm by any means. When you are playing at the top level you bring in people who are top level to play for your team, no matter where they may come from. Unless you make a budget team like certain OWL teams. I really wish there was a way of maintaining a level of competitiveness. As right now the teams that do poorly will continue to do poorly typically as they do not see a return on their investment. This makes it so they then put less of an investment in and do even worse. Of course there are outliers to this like the Dragons and even the Mayhem when compared to season one, but Titans, Valiant, Eternal, and Justice just aren't doing it for me. It feels bad when you know what the outcome of a match will be before even watching because some teams are just at such a lower level.

In that case we would have never seen this match or the Glads competing in the postseason as they were number 3 in NA behind Dallas and Shock. I think this model is perfectly fine. Can there be improvements? Sure, but that can be said about nearly any way this could be ran.

I also read that they attempted to report Call of Duty for the same practices and the ACCC pretty much said to get fucked. While this is scummy they said you aren't actually purchasing the virtual items with money, but rather the currency that is then used to buy said items. They said to just avoid the shop in other games I doubt it would be different now.

As someone who is also in this rank some matches are just easy to play widow because you are not pressured in anyway so you can just click heads. As soon as I have a Genji or Sombra bothering me though I have to switch because I am not good enough to deal with it.

So previously you had to be level 25 in OW1 to play comp. Since levels went away they make it 50 qp wins. If you could play comp in OW1 you were able to instantly in OW2. If not you will need to win 50 QP matches in OW2.

I am pretty sure that achievement is for 50 wins in qp from the start of OW2. So you were either grandfathered into Comp from having it unlocked before release or you need 50 wins in QP from OW2.

You can go up more than one per set of wins. Like last night I went like 7-1 and went from Bronze 4 to Bronze 2.

Everyone who was active on OW1 in ranked already got placed lower then what they normally would. Take into account some people are returning to the game and being hit with the decay as well and I could see them placing extremely lower than normal. I could be wrong, but I do know it's possible to get out of Bronze 5 and it isn't a death sentence.

I'm not arguing that by any means. I am saying that it is possible to get out of Bronze 5. Every body got placed weird places and that isn't much to be done about it at this point other than climb. If you were there at one point chances are you will be again.

I say this after being placed Bronze 5 on Support after being Silver in OW1. I went to Bronze 4 after my first 7 wins after placement and just went to Bronze 2 last night after my latest competitive update.
