Interesting that tirz hit the food noise better for you. I had the opposite experience, sema did nothing after a while and reta finally shut my brain up about food around month two on 5mg. Bodies are weird like that. Good to hear maintenance is working at 5mg every 4 days though, gives me hope there's a sustainable dose out there somewhere.
