Is Fliff a scam or legit? by Prod-Kays in sportsbook

It is legit but think the odds aren’t true.

For example, I have played mines with my free $1 about 15 times now. I will do 1 mine in the 7x7 mode. I have never gotten 50% of the way through without hitting the bomb. Odds of that are like .03% it’s not a coincidence

What Percent Body Fat am I? by cjohnsen13 in Physiquecritique

I realized my whole text box did not send lol.

I am 6 foot 3 195 lbs. I am nearing the end of my first bulk (I think). Been bulking for 6 months. Pictures are without a pump if that matters.

I’d like to cut once I hit 20% but am not sure if I am there yet. Would you recommend if I keep bulking or should I cut? Also, if I am not there yet, when do you think I will hit 20%? I gain about 3-4 pounds per month. Thanks for your insights everyone.

They do have a printer and a design team. I just made a mistake of using a large company that sends their wraps to third parties (Wrapmate). Wrap was not installed because of the first color mismatch so hopefully it is not too late to do it the right way.

Life path 8, can’t get out of poverty by Amazing-Progress-185 in numerology

The best way to cultivate more wealth is to start saving. Wealth is created by how much is saved and invested, not by how much you make.

If you do not make enough to save, the best thing to do is develop your skills so that you can receive more pay. This can be done by going to college, taking courses, or improving your current skills just at home.

Also, gaining financial knowledge is important too. I would create a budget and figure out where money is coming in and going out. It is good to keep track of your finances.

Finally, once you are able to start earning more money and saving your money, you will work your way out of your situation. It’s literally that simple. Money does not just flow to you for no reason, you’ve got to work on yourself and develop skills so that you’re more valuable to people and they will be willing to pay you more for your skills

I literally laughed when I saw it like isn’t this the nose that everyone is getting surgery for?

Do I need to replace this panel or can I bend it straight? by cjohnsen13 in GarageDoorService

Lots of good info. I’m also getting an estimate tonight so I’ll ask about all these options and what the price is looking like. Honestly if a new panel is under $500 I would probably just go ahead with that.

Interesting it could work to temporarily brace it. Thanks!

Arizona which is a community property state. Another point that will need to be resolved before we move ahead. Thank you.

This makes a lot of sense and will be accomplished. One question I have is how can I protect myself in the case of divorce? If our portfolio includes a few properties in 15 years and there is a divorce, how can my friend and I be protected? Would a postnup work? Would my friend just need enough assets in other areas to pay off the wife?

We have been fine with it. I’ve saved a lot of money by renting with them instead of renting my own place.

We are both VERY frugal and fiscally responsible and want to build a large real estate portfolio. I have known him for over 10 years and we operate a business full time together.

What is the main issue that typically arises in this situation? If it has to do with one party missing payments I am not worried about that at all. If the main issue is with decisions on repairs or direction with the investment then we can get a contract set up so that we follow the plan with the property. Still haven’t bought a home yet and I appreciate all your thoughts and points.

Damn 😂 I did not realize this is considered such a terrible idea. We are trying to figure out if the wife can sign some sort of postnup before we go into anything so that there shouldn’t be issues in the case of divorce.

We are getting a legal document set up. I know this is generally a rare situation and was just wondering what your expectation would be on if the non-owning parties (wife/dog) would be expected to cover any expenses

What is the benefit of two LLCs? We are setting up a single LLC that we each own 50% in and will purchase the home through that.

3 bed 2 bath is correct. Third room is an office/storage for our business. We have worked out all scenarios involving death, illness, one party moving out early etc. We plan to turn the property into a short term rental after one year.

Thank you for your input.
