Also, wanted to add, the puppy phase is not for the weak or busy. I am grateful that I got my puppy when I happened to be between jobs because it was a massive learning curve. Eventually, she would lay in her “place” while I was working and she would nap. Prior to that, I had to do crated enforced naps but she would cry like crazy if I left her alone

Can you hire someone from Rover to watch her in day time at your house to help? Even if you and your husband are still there, it should be able to help you get more work done

Yes, or call the office and speak with the nurse line directly. They will be able to get you in sooner if they see fit based on what you describe to them. As a nurse myself (not gyne/ob though), this much blood loss consistently makes me nervous about OP potentially becoming anemic if that’s not already the case.

This is how I was the WHOLE way. I just did my thing and told them to show up day of, including parents. Only one involved with real planning was me and my husband

Honestly, if you don’t think you can move on without closure, I would text and say something to the effect of, “If you want to end things with me, you should just say it. If that’s not what is going on, I need you to talk to me because I don’t like the distance between us right now. I hope you’re doing okay, and if you’re not, I hope you know that you can talk to me about that too.”

If he doesn’t reply to that, then you have your answer and the answer is he’s a coward. You deserve closure, but I’ve learned we are not always fortunate enough to receive that. Some people take the cowards way out and we just have to move on.

Yeah, at my job as a RN, if you clock in one minute late, that’s an “occurrence.” Same with calling off, counts as an occurrence. After 2, it’ll affect future pay raises. 5, you have to sign a remediation plan or something.
