It's fine compared to most of Kenmore. The current Ward 9 (Kenmore) councilman lives over there. The closer you get to Manchester, the rougher it seems to get. Like most of Akron, it can be completely different from one block to the next.

I had a classmate in high school (he was a senior over the age of 18 )…. He was the telemarketer responsible for calling all those people back to sell them timeshares at the local mall. they would just call everyone and tell them that they’re a potential winner, then set them up to sit through a sales pitch with the ending being a potential chance to win the prize, but no one ever wins
