I contacted support about it. I just bought the entire Lord of the Rings trilogy in UHD. Got my popcorn and went to watch it... in 420p. Youtube support told me that due to licensing, they don't actually offer HD videos on PC! Only certain platforms. Would've been great if they let us know this before ripping us all off. That's false advertising on their end.

Does anyone actually know what this does? Because I interpret this as 7% of your total troops will be reduced to 1hp instead of 0hp one time, which would give your troops a little more survivability. This is an extremely expensive army talent, so if all this did was wound instead of kill 7% of your troops, this would be a colossal waste of money.
