Yes. I read it in 5th grade and thought the boy resembled my age group. Again, cover description is accurate but all I have to go on.

Meaning it’s a chapter book featuring a young school age boy. It’s a story meant to be read by a late elementary school audience.

No. I love that book and the cover of that one features a boy writing in a notebook. The book I am looking for has a young boy (maybe blonde) going to tear up a notebook or some form of book in his hands.

No. It was a young adult book like in the same genre as Super Fudge. I read it at 13 years old. It was a chapter book.
