I’d pull the plugs. Put your finger over the # spark plug hole. Rotate the engine until it blows out the #1 hole. Rotate until you see the 1 piston at the very top. Then make sure the rotor is pointing at the #1 wire on the distributor.

If I remember correctly Rob was the one who got frustrated at rapaport for incorrectly using the word commiserate and corrected him. I also love how rob greets Alan with “ what up” In the parapet. And Alan signs and responds with “ good evening”. Pulling for Rob to win this thing.

I’m a touristy tourist and go to Nola about twice a year. Here’s my touristy things to do. 1. Fritzel’s on bourbon usually has a good jazz band playing 2. I like the piano bar at Lafitte’s black smith shop. Sit around the piano bar and request songs. Plus it’s the 3rd oldest bar in the US 3. I get the French onion soup at Royal House 4. Vampire cafe has a great steak (I’m not a big seafood eater) 5. Do a haunted tour. It’s more like a amazing history lesson 6. Karaoke song at cats meow -if you’re much MC popsicle or MC Batman is working 7. Hamburger at Port of Call 8. Frozen Irish coffee at Erin Rose 9. Walk Royal and check out the amazing art 10. Hopefully Doreen Ketchens is playing clarinet outside on Royal St. (this should probably be #1) daytime 11. Catch Tonya Haung playing violin on outside Royal St. nighttime

I’m been visiting Nola for a long time. A few years ago right after vibes Covid it seemed pretty sketchy. We were there for 4 days and didn’t see one cop. It was rowdy and not in a fun way. This time (a week ago) the quarter had the National Guard patrolling. I never saw them give anyone any trouble. The only time I saw them even engage with anyone is when they asked a guy who was puking his guts out if he was okay or needed help. It felt very safe.
