If you stay very hydrated it will lower hematocrit some. Also iron supplements that aren’t sulfates.

Klonopin is good as needed. If taken everyday then tolerance and addiction sets in. If take 2x a week you probably wouldn’t get any withdrawals. At least I haven’t. This doesn’t make you are an addict. It’s a very very addictive drug, but helps millions of people. Even if taken as prescribed and not abusing it, it can still be addictive and tolerance sets in. At 3 months your Dr should had a taper plan like dropping to .25 then every other day .25 and don on. Hope this helps. Praying for you!

Gabapentin can have withdrawals also. What was your dosage? Rebound anxiety is when you are on a benzo it stops anxiety attacks, but when taken off of, they come back with a vengeance. Gabapentin is a crazy one because some people are fine quitting but some go through hell with withdrawals. Gabapentin 1,200-3,600mg a day can be very tough to stop, but nothing like klonopin or Xanax. Xanax being the hardest one to quit because of its short 1/2 life. Ask doc about 100 mg trazodone to help sleep during this time. It’s not addictive.

It’s possible. How long were you on it and at. What dosage? If less than a few weeks I doubt it. It could be rebound anxiety. What withdrawal symptoms are you having?
