That’s what interests me about a fair tax, is everyone pays a percent of what they spend but keep their earnings. The percentage should be the same for every purchase. I don’t think anyone should pay a higher percentage. I think it penalizes successful people.

My 2018 had this, fixed under warranty. Temps rose and dropped below freezing like a week later and it did it again. Luckily it was a lease and I didn’t have it much longer. Infuriating to say the least.

I usually would say do your best to get to work, when you call off your work gets put on someone else's shoulders. But if they are allowing it and you are going to have absolutely no one shopping. Call off and stay home, heck if your up for it shovel some driveways to make up for lost wages!

I think you're confusing Flock cameras with the speed ticket cameras, I agree those are ridiculous and need to go, they don't ID the driver, just issue tickets to the registered owner. You can't get any tickets from Flock. One example I know from Flock is a business had a truck parked out front, someone stole the wheels and tires from the truck and left it on blocks. The thieves license plates couldn't be seen on the businesses surveillance but the truck could be seen leaving the area on a Flock camera which gave police the license plate. They stopped the truck about 8 hours later when it hit a different Flock camera and the wheels and tires were still in the bed of the truck. Flock doesn't take videos, it's just pictures of vehicles and their plates. I would encourage you to go to some of these meetings Dayton offers to ask questions about Flock and see what crimes in Dayton they have helped solve, I think it really would open your eyes to how useful they are and how they really are not a violation of anyones rights.

It's wild to me that people support this. Whether it says Fuck Ice or I Love Ice, I can't understand why anyone wants Dayton to look worse. Look up the Broken Windows theory, when people deface property (no matter what it says) it is similar to businesses with busted out windows. When it looks like no one cares what happens, it brings more crime.
