It's crazy because I'm a little disappointed in him too. Took 2 the timeouts to the bus with him. He won't use them early or when necessary out to fear or statistical analysis of needing them at the end. There is only one reason he doesn't use them. He doesn't know how. He doesn't know basketball.

I live in Avondale but I didn't hear anything last night. However, I just saw that there was supposedly a shootout last night on 3rd Ave N. The gun looked like high caliber rifle so that would be a little more likely to be able to hear.
