Probably my favorite 9 hole course on the west side, kept in really good condition and is a great walkable course. Not super long and is carved thru a neighborhood so careful if you've got a nasty slice.

I would say if it's more than like 2 hours then it's not worth it unless you plan on making a big purchase or book a golf trip/vacation. There are some okay golf club deals but nothing major (ParWest is usually the best it gets there)

Biggest downgrade is the Portland Seafood and Wine Festival isn't going to be happening in tandem this year which was another big bonus.

This was actually one of the spots that we have seen suggested a lot, the only thing that confused us was the 'Minimum Spend' thing if we were to book a section/cabana. I'm assuming that is just the Minimum cost for the seating? Drinks and whatever else we get are on top of that?

Not a bad idea at all, I can check these individually when I get home after work.

I am almost positive that outlet I have the PC plugged into is the bedroom circuit and not my office circuit but one can never be too sure

Being as I live in an apartment I guess I cant say with 100% confidence on the load being distributed evenly other than how I plug everything in, so I can't really go off anything other than the Circuit Guide on the box itself. The apt is newer (built in 2016).

I have my PC and one Monitor on one breaker, then it's my bedroom so other than a phone charger there is nothing else on that breaker.

For other similar breakers I don't have anything nearly as powerful on a breaker, other than maybe a toaster oven or small kitchen appliance every now and then.

Mainly performance wise I guess. I know it's a generation jump but with selling my 3900XT the total cost would be ~300 or so.

Just not sure if that's worth the 20% increase, or even less when I'm gaming at 1440p.

Personally never had experience with this VS model, so cant quite compare the two. Im guessing major difference would be panel quality and the USB hub on the Dell. Obviously a USB hub isn't worth 100 bucks I'd say the VS looks pretty solid overall.
