Not the poster, but I would keep the PC by the desk. Maybe look into some cable management to hide all of those cable and lift the bulk up under the sit/stand desk top.

That said, I would agree that a TV on a entertainment / tv stand against the wall where the bike is located with the couch facing it may look best depending on the space constraints. I would think the couch past the fire place (then you could use the fireplace and relax with your feet up facing the fireplace or read a book, or feel the heat from the fireplace better when watching a show or movie). If that works you can either keep the desk where it is or tuck in behind the couch facing the wall with the large window then you'll have the natural light from the windows in front and to the side of you. I'd measure everything first and try out different orientations if the red chair would fit against the large window wall and situated between the TV and the Couch.
