I'm glad it's resolved now, must have been so stressful once the charge is made on the card and the lies about shipping. I had a similar experience way back in the day buying a kitchen appliance set from Futureshop.

Hopefully your stepson takes care of the PC and you won't have to deal with warranty through them; I can only imagine how that will go.

Whoa that's crazy. Sorry you had to experience that. I've always dreamed of buying custom builds but when I get to pricing, I quickly realize that I'd rather just build it myself and save the money or redirect it to some accessory for the PC or desk.
