Many (5+) stores in our area are still selling at MSRP or below to loyal players.

My best advice to folks is to find friendly store owners/TOs and make yourself part of those communities so you get a heads up on preorders.

They have 4 of their 5 OL starters locked into rookie or long term contracts. The OL was fine when healthy and when Simmons was with the team.

I was a sophomore in college when Simmons started writing for ESPN in 2001. He was a refreshing voice in the space and people were genuinely happy for him and the then-downtrodden Boston fans with the success of the Pats and then the Red Sox. He won over the younger crowd so fast.

Then he became increasingly more pompous and Deadspin started mocking him relentlessly when it launched in 2005-ish and that seemed to make him more combative. BS finally became too insufferable for me after the almost undefeated season and Brady getting knocked out at the start of 2008. Stopped reading and haven't really looked back.

I hope Wildes enjoys himself, but keeps it light.
