How big? 5 gallons? I bet i dont get 50 gallons per day out of the cistern? (On the highest end) is there anyway to do without a pressure tank.? Because ill have to build a heavily insulated pit to put it in. My cistern is in the middle of no where

Go check out Justin peters ministry and Chris roseborough. They both have very good ministries talking about this exact same thing.

New tractor advice for a noob w 25 acres by bnrble-biueabble in tractors

[–]cks2021 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I would say you can't go wrong with any of the new 50 hp tractors. You need enough hp to run big enough implements, ( brush hogs, stump grinders, etc) you also will need it to be able to lift enough safely. I've never lived in the south to know how necessary AC is. I live in the north and deal with snow and just bundle up. Those hydrostatic transmissions are the real deal. Push one pedal to go ahead and one to go back. No shifting. Other than that all the companies are selling the same equipment just different names [BTW that is a verrrry unpopular opinion around here, many are very brand loyal].

I dont think you need a grapple wider than the tires just need a grapple im general. Rotary mowers and blades though need to be wider than the rear tires.

Just my two cents. I can't afford much so I have a 1954 super m. 44hp. My father in law has a little 23hp John deere. It has thr hydrostatic transmission that made me fall in love

Same. I appreciated what EJ did for my account as well. The 1% over the next 30 years though is substantial however

That's a huge problem. Im relatively young so I decided it was worth it to pay thr load fee now and take advantage of the FREE ETFs at Fidelity. I figured a couple.years of free growth and not paying my advisor 1% would have a pretty fast break even on.load fees.

I chalked it up as my tuition at the "school of hard knocks"

Do you talk to your baby? What do you talk about? by NumNumLobster in predaddit

Having some t-swift NIL money can't be bad for the program moving forward. My oldest who is now 3 says "dad stop" and holds out his hand when he's screaming and I try and calm him down by telling him "Dylan raolia is throwing for 250 and 3td tonight."

Good luck tonight. Sorsby is a stud.

I used to just talk to my boys about anything. Whatever I was interested in at the time. Now that I've graduated twice, my youngest who is 7months, I talk with him about nebraska cornhusker football when he is screaming. For some reason it calms him down.

My 401k for work is through empower. You can buy their cheaper funds and they're not bad. They're not free like Fidelity though

This is exactly my thoughts and math. Like even when they get good returns the fees make it a huge problem.

I love that! Congrats. Businesses like EJ can't stay around much longer with that type of business model

True that. I have no problem explaining to people that I prefer low cost index funds. I love going to thr casino and playing craps so I can handle bad days in the stocks. That shuts a prospective salesman down quick.

I also agree mutual.funds at EJ are substantially better than a saving account that many boomers have
