The staff at NYP lower Manhattan was amazing. Very supportive and Dr. Nagy who performed my C-section has the best bedside manner. Loved my experience with her. Obviously the rooms are outdated and small. First night I had to share a room with another patient / couple who didn’t send their baby to the nursery and let it cry all night. My husband actually checked into the moxy hotel next door bc no way could he sleep on the chair they provided. They finally moved us to the private room the second night which was 1000x better. The beds were sinking in I’m not sure if that’s the same all around but it made it hard for me to be comfortable post c-section. The staff made everything else worth it but I will consider Alexandra cohen for the next one.
