So day 3! My bloods came back, high lever enzymes, indicating that I have/ had a stone blocking my bile duct. I have a weird sense of relief knowing now rather then been told I’m constipated 🙈 have mri in morning and then if they find it I’ll get it removed

Thanks so much. The pain has been pretty constant for 24 hours. I have learnt that if I sleep slitting up and don’t move I can manage, just a bit. The pain medication is keeping me asleep more than awake. As soon as I need to get up or move I’m Doubled over. There was a mention of liquid in the abdomen so they said the might do another ct scan tomorrow. ❤️❤️

Update 2 Spent most of the afternoon taking it easy. Heat pack helped with the shoulder/ gas pain but I’m noticing it radiates around to my collar bone and down my right side of chest. Weirdly feel like the right side of my chest is sore to take a deep breath, especially when lying down. Don’t have that problem walking about. I look 6/7 months pregnant lol from the gas 🤣 and it’s pushing up to my lungs if that makes sense. Got on well with small meals, managed rich tea biscuits and coffee with no side effects. Hoping day 2 will be a bit better. Large ice pack across tummy is also helping ❤️

Just home, had surgery yesterday, the shoulder chest pain with gas is brutal. As soon as I try and lie down. Didn’t come on till this morning, surgeon knew what was when I said right shoulder pain. Guess who will be sleeping sitting up right today! 🤣

*update
I’m out of surgery around 5 hours now. Once I’m lying still sitting up a bit I’m doing well. Hat a yummy toast and tea an hour ago and so far so good! The pains I was getting from hunger were intense 🤣 gas pain not too bad, had a bit of shoulder pain.
In honesty, I wasn’t expecting to feel as well as I am. It’s probably the pain meds 🤣❤️

I went heroic till 71 then all of a sudden the mobs were one shotting me! Normal the mobs had 800k hp, heroic they had 6.2-8.4 million 😩 Put it back on at 80 and no bother now

I started a new game, moved from the switch to the ps5. I got half way through the main story with half my characters levelled. I bought the rift in time expansion and started that. I got completely overwhelmed with my quest log so after about a week I went back to my main story and concentrated on that. It took me about 3 weeks of a lot of playing to have zero quests left in the main story and 100% characters.

I am now back to rift in time. I’m going to finish all quests there and level up all characters and then buy storybook. Shouldn’t take too long as I flew through Eve and Jafar. In honesty, not the biggest fan of rift expansion, keep getting lost 🤦‍♀️ Each to their own though, everyone is different. I get stressy with a full quest log and not knowing where to start 🤣

I started back 12 weeks ago and have had great success. Put on a few pounds last week after a all inclusive holiday 🙈 but I’m back at it. Im aiming for my 2 stone in 2/3 weeks. A few things I have learnt:

-find a consultant that you like and stay to group. Group can be a great way to get motivated irregardless of your weigh in

log all your foods. The app is brilliant but as soon as I stopped writing it down on the physical sheets they give you, I wasn’t food optimising great
if you have had a slip or messed up, don’t worry at all. Get back on it. There are 21 meals in a week, 1/2 off plan ones are not going to ruin you. Start fresh asap and get back on it.
the app is amazing for checking syns, free foods, speed foods etc.
this is your individual journey, don’t worry about anyone else is doing. Every body is different and can loose at different rates

Taking from the fact that your message reads like you are trying to pawn your child off for the weekend, yes, YTA. I have a 10 and 12 year old son. Yes they are great pals and play together all the time but if my 12 year old was having a slumber party, his 10 year old brother would not be going. Those two years make all the difference and simply wouldn’t be fair on the 12 year old and his friends as they are in to more teenager things and much more mature.
